Q: How do I lock in my date?
A: A signed agreement and a 25% non-refundable retainer secure your date. Your remaining balance is due one week before your event.
Q: How long is the rental period?
A: Our minimum rental time is 2 hours of active shooting. Setup/Breakdown happens outside of that window - we arrive 1.5-2 hours early, so everything is ready before your guests arrive.
Q: What's the setup process like?
A: We handle it completely. We arrive early, set everything up to perfection, and the breakdown takes roughly 30-45 minutes after your rental ends. You won't lift a finger.
Q: Do guests get their prints instantly
A: Absolutely. Printed strips are ready in 8-10 seconds, and digital photos are shared instantly.
