Q: What's included in the rental?

Q: How do we reserve our date?
A: We require a signed agreement and a 25% non-refundable retainer to hold your date. Balance to be paid one week before your event date.
Q: How many hours does the rental cover?
A: Our min. Rental time is 2 hours. This means that for 2 straight hours, we will be snapping pics! Set-up and breakdown are not counted as rental time. We set up before your rental time, and we clean up after your rental time.
Q: What's the setup process like?
A: We arrive 1.5 - 2 hours early to set up. We want everything to be perfect because you deserve a seamless, flawless experience. Breakdown takes about 30-45 min.
Q: Do guests get their prints instantly
A: Yes! All prints take about 8-10 seconds to print; digital photos are sent instantly!
