Our Wooden Oak Booth is priced by duration and guest count. Most clients book 3–4 hours to ensure every guest gets a turn — especially at weddings where cocktail hour and the reception run back to back.
Our Recommendation
For weddings, book at least 3 hours. If your cocktail hour and reception run together, 4 hours ensures no guest misses out. We've seen plenty of couples wish they'd added an extra hour, we've never heard anyone say they had too much time in the booth.

Do you require a deposit to hold my date?
Yes — we require a signed agreement and a 25% retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. This protects your date and lets us start on your custom design work right away.
How much space does the booth need?
We typically need an 8×8 ft area for the best experience. We can set up indoors or outdoors, as long as the weather cooperates — no rain setups, please. If you're unsure about your venue's layout, just send us the details and we'll figure it out together.
Can I customize the photo template and booth design?
Absolutely. Every booking includes a custom photo template, welcome screen, and — for the Wooden Oak Booth — a rear screen that can display your engagement photos, a video, or anything you'd like. We send a customization questionnaire about a month before your event so we can get everything right.
How quickly do guests receive their photos?
Instantly. Digital sharing happens in real time at the event. Printed strips from the Wooden Oak Booth are ready in about 11 seconds. Your full digital gallery is delivered within 48 hours of your event wrapping up.
Do you serve areas outside of Raleigh?
Yes — we serve the entire Triangle area including Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Apex, Morrisville, Garner, and Clayton with no travel fee. For events further out, reach out and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
