For our Digital Drop-Off Booth, we typically arrive approximately one hour before the scheduled start time to complete setup and testing. Setup timing for attended experiences may vary depending on the booth, venue, and event requirements.
Our Wooden Oak Photo Booth includes an attendant throughout your event to assist guests and make sure the booth and prints run smoothly. Our Digital Drop-Off Booth is designed to operate independently after we complete setup.
Yes. We can recommend the appropriate booth experience and coverage based on your guest count, event length, and expected photo booth traffic. For larger activations, contact us with your event details so we can help determine the best setup.
Coverage depends on the experience you choose. Our Digital Drop-Off Booth can be rented for up to 5 hours, with standard pickup no later than 10 PM. Later coverage up to 2 AM may be available for an additional fee. Equipment cannot be left at the venue overnight.
Yes, depending on weather and venue conditions. Outdoor setups may require additional accommodations such as shade and access to appropriate power. We also have options such as an umbrella and silent generator when needed.
